                      BUYER/SELLER CONTACT: Purchaser agrees to pay a 20% restocking fee on returns. All returns must be made within 30 days. No returns will be accepted for special order or milled items. Remedy for defective material is limited to return/replacement of defective material only. In any litigation or appeal of this contract, the prevailing party shall be awarded attorney’s fees. Lucas Cedar will not be responsible for any property damage incurred in the delivery and /or loading and unloading of material.

                      Hours of Operation

                      Monday to Friday: 7:30 – 5:00
                      Saturday to Sunday: Closed
                       
                      We will be closed on the following days:

                       Friday April 7th  - Good Friday

                      Monday May 29th - Memorial Day

                      Monday / Tuesday July 3rd and 4th - 4th of July

                      Monday September 4th - Labor Day

                      Wednesday November 22nd closing at 2 PM for Thanksgiving

                      Thursday / Friday November 23rd & 24th - Thanksgiving

                      Friday December 22nd - Christmas

                      Monday / Tuesday December 25th & 26th - Christmas

                      We accept all major credit cards. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We require a valid ID. We accept personal and business checks with a valid ID of the person signing the check.

                      Return Policy - We will accept returns less than 30 days old with a receipt. Items must be in original condition, and Lucas Cedar reserves the right to deny returns for any reason. (We will not accept for return: opened ProLuxe, mantles, special orders, or custom-cut items for any reason). All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
